Let's Finish Strong!

Amazing how fast a month can fly by. Girls, we are on our last week of February. I know I would have never made this crazy goal of exercising 5 days each week without the encouragement of all of you. Honestly, the last time I was this consistent was college. Huge thanks to all my Go Girls out there. Last week girls. Let's get it done!

  1. Yeah! I got to watch Rachel Ray at the Y today. It made the hour go by much faster.

  2. Aerobics class last night. We had a guy substitute teacher. After 45 min of step we usually do abs. But he made us do pushups too. So I got down in the girl pushup position (knees on the floor). And he saw all of us doing it and he said "on your toes." He made us suffer!! And hurt! And made us do down for 2 and up for 2. I'm a girl! I don't have upper body strength. Then he made us do abs too! Thankfully he was just a sub.
