Fitness Tip

Did you notice I put a fitness tip happy face guy at the bottom of the blog? I also put a subscribe thingy on the blog too. I not sure if you can get it to work, but I think it will send new entries to your email if you sign up. Feel free to try it, but that is about all the help I can get you right now. I have so much to learn in the blog world.

I loved hearing from some of you Go Girls yesterday.

  1. Got in my workout this morning, even though I was dragging. Lot's to do around the house and it was hard to focus on myself. I'm glad I went because I think it helps give me more energy for the rest of the day. Last night was gruelling. My daughter has strep throat and after a couple of doses of antibiotics was feeling a bit better so she wanted to get on wii Fit. After completing the short run, she proceeded to throw up all over the kitchen floor. I had to lock my baby in the playroom to get him out of the way to clean it up and he was hungry at the time so he was howling. I think I can kiss my Mother of the Year award goodbye. Then, during bath time, the baby drank water from the hair washing cup while I was sudsing my other daughter's hair. He then proceeded to throw up in the bath tub. Yep, it was a great Mommy night. Lucky Daddy still wasn't home:) Here's hoping today is not as eventful.

  2. I got my 5:30am workout in today on the power belt as Korey calls it. You wouldn't believe how many people are already sweating by the time I get to the gym at 5:30. And it opens at 5am!! I am SO not a morning person.

  4. So I did it! I went to a Hip Hop class offered by one of our para's at school! It was great. Fun and a total body work out! The 45 min flew by. Although, I can already feel my body aching so getting out of bed in the morning might be interesting :) I plan to go every Tuesday and Thursday that I can. Easy, free and fun! My kind of workout!
