  1. Hi there!! I found your site through another lady - I don't remember her name, but she mentioned you on her blog and I decided to check you out. Great stuff!

  2. I met my coworker at the gym this morning for weights. I was tempted to stay in bed because hubby was peacefully snoozing beside me. But I got up!

  3. Welcome Kim!

Well, I confess, I did not get any exercise in yesterday. Not only did I not exercise, I ate a bunch of junk. But today was a new day, and I hit the gym this morning around 6:45. I got in 30 minutes of cardio and did a couple sets of weights for arms/back. This still doesn't feel like a routine to me. How many days do you have to do something before it becomes a routine? I am proud of myself for committing to the month and am almost finished:) What are the plans for March Hot Mama?

  4. I have started walking for 30 minutes on my lunch hour. Its nice since its not hot and the humidity is low. It's been nice to get out in the fresh air. Also tonight I went to Lifetime and did my weight machines and walked some on the treadmill. Overall it was a good day and been a good week.

  5. Yesterday I did Walk Away The Pounds. Today I stayed after school to do the Hip Hop class then met Brooke for a walk around her neighborhood.

  6. I totally thought I was going to make today one of my days off. When I went to leave that comment at 9pm my computer was being slow and wouldn't load the page. So I then decided I should just do it! It was hard tonight. My heart wasn't fully in it, but it is done. I feel so much better now. No guilt. Except for the fact that it is really late and I should have been in bed an hour ago. Is it possible to have no guilt when I'm juggling so many things at one time?! :)
