Wow, I did it!
And boy was it challenging. I dare say it was harder than Jillian's workout.
Crazy thing is that it was the beginner class. Apparently, I need the intro to beginners spin class. I wonder where that is?
I would do it again. It was a great workout. Tons of sweat, out of breathe, heart pounding workout. I will be sore tomorrow and right now I just want to take a nap. That class was the last of my energy. Actually I didn't even know I had that much energy.
FYI--Everyone talks about your bum hurting, which it does, but no one really talks about how much it hurts your "cookie." WHICH IT DOES. Consider yourself warned.

Took Lexi for a walk. What a beautiful day!!!
ReplyDeleteEd had to get to work early so I got in about 45 minutes at the gym, just did cardio.
ReplyDeleteLexi and I took our usual 30 min walk. I talked to my doctor today about my back flairing up. He said skip the yoga for now, but the walking is good for it. Looks like we'll stick to that for awhile.
ReplyDeleteYea, I did it! 5 days this week. I'm so happy! Today was a day that I was feeling pretty lazy. It's a day off of work and I wasn't sure if I was going to work up the energy to finish the week :) But, I did it. I did weights and some cardio. I hope that you have a blessed Easter weekend!
