How was your workout today?

  1. It was good. I always feel better when I start the week with a workout, it truly sets the tone for the week. I walked 20 minutes, did 3 sets of heavy upper body weights and then finished with 10 minutes on the elliptical set at a 7.
    I plan on doing some serious gardening today, have to move a bush and remove a wooden box around a tree. That should count for something as well.

  2. I had a wonderful day. I've just been in a really good mood. I was pleased to have a good day at work, score some great deals at the grocery store and get in a 30 minute walk with my dog on this beautiful day!

  3. I did 35min on elliptical, 3 weight machines,and than I did another 10min on treadmill. I programed my weight into the machine today to see how many calories I was burning. I was very pleased-446 calories on the elliptical and 47 on the treadmill. I haven't figured the calories since Jan. Then I was only burning about half that. It is nice to see improvement.
