By the end of last week I got off track. Good Friday and Easter weekend had me off schedule--And I did not complete my 5 workouts for the week. A bit of a bummer.
The good news is that I'm on track this week. I just got back on that horse. You can too!
My additional goal of not eating past 8:30 has been going well. It was really hard the first few days, but got easier. I'm not watching what I eat, but by not snacking at night I must be saving myself at least 300 calories.

Even though I slept through my alarm, I scurried to the gym and got in about 45 minutes of a good workout. My mind went to that place where it always does when I feel like I'm failing at something, but I reigned it in and said a shorter workout is better than no workout at all.
ReplyDeleteWe've been doing pretty well at the eating thing, mainly because hubby has been getting home earlier and is helping put kiddos to bed.
Great job on sticking to your plan even when it isn't perfect. I so struggle with that. Keep it up Girl!!!! You keep me moving!
