Happy Thursday!
Hope you all have a good workout today. I'll check back later tonight to see what you did. I have a busy Thursday and won't get a chance to exercise until after dinner sometime tonight. Hot Honey decided to surprise me with 30 day Shred from Netflix. It is suppose to be in the mailbox today.I'm totally scared! I don't want to know how old and out of shape I actually am. In my mind I'm still young and cool. Can't say I will do that tonight, but I will probably watch it. I'll let you know.

ReplyDeleteI did my 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning, going at faster intervals every 2 minutes. Then I worked on upper body weights. I'm guessing tomorrow will be my last workout for a few days since I will be traveling to Dallas. Not sure if I will get a chance to do much there, except maybe walk the neighborhood or hospital halls:)
I did my 30 min on the treadmill this morning in my new running shoes. Not really motivated to do anything more than walk that early in the morning.
ReplyDelete30 Day Shred! I've been doing it for 7 days. When you watch it, you will want to try it! It's really fun, but... I was so very sore for the first days...really sore! But now I feel a lot stronger. Thanks Jillian!!! So give it a shot and don't give up:)
ReplyDeleteDid my own version of Walk Away the Pounds, with the weights, while I watched Dancing With The Stars on DVR! Yesterday was a day off for me.

ReplyDeleteThursday I skipped the rodeo because I hadn't worked out (and it was raining) and took a weights/cardio class at the gym.
Friday I went and got my eyebrows waxed at LT. I scheduled my appointment with plenty of time to make my class, but didn't make it. Got on the elliptical machine and pushed through 30 min.
Saturday I walked the dog and then swam for 20 min.
Finished my second week in a row! Go girls!
