The week is rolling by super fast. I can't believe it is already Thursday, the 4th day of this first week. In a blink March will be over and it has just started.
So go out there and find some exercise! Then come back here and tell us what you found.

The weather was just too beautiful to pass up this morning so I walked the neighborhood for 30 minutes. DId some wii Fit stretches and yoga as well.
ReplyDeleteOk, so I am going to have to see a dr. about my back, but I'm not even sure what kind to see. I am self-insured so I don't have to get a referral which is great. But what kind of dr. would be best to visit?
I did 35 minutes of cardio this morning at the gym split between the elliptical and the treadmill. I think they are purposely not turning on the air in the gym just so we can sweat more.
ReplyDeleteI never got a chance to log in yesterday, so I'll do it now. I did a Walk Away The Pounds video on mute while talking on the phone with Julie :) Today I took Lexi for a 30 minute walk around the block. Sounds like everyone's doing a great job! Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteSaturday I did my 45 minute pilates video. Sunday I did my yoga from FitTv, Monday I went to Lifetime and did the treadmill and weight machines. Sorry, I skipped tues, wed. I did my treadmill at home and some yoga. Tonight I went to Lifetime for my weight machines and treadmill. Tomorrow I plan on walking Cosmo. Sounds like everyone is off to a good start for March, keep up the good work girls.
ReplyDeleteWell, I wrote a big comment this afternoon, but it didn't post and google server went down. So long story short. I squeezed in a 3mi Walk Away the Pounds DVD. Glad I got it down this afternoon because I'm pooped now. Keep up the good work girls!
