Almost Done!

Still doing the 7 day Shred! I have one more day, then I'm mailing it back to Netflix. Even though it is hard, make that really hard, I am getting better. Fanny kicks and jump roping are improving, although slight. Still, it is improvement. Kudos to anyone out there that can do it 30 days straight. I'm looking forward to having Saturday and Sunday off!

  1. I did 30 min of cardio on the elliptical. It's like a sauna in the gym these days...think they might not have the air on or something.
