Seriously!

I need to get back in the swing of exercise. Anyone want to get serious with me?Mama Chick? Hot Stuff? Hip Mamasita? Cutie Pie who is now a mama? Anyone?

I had 8 straight wonderful weeks, but once my cycle was broke, it has never been the same. I'm going to take a week to think/pray on it, and see how I can prioritize my life so that exercise fits better.

One thing is for sure--I felt better last spring when I was exercising 5 days each week.

  1. I believe Ed and I are going to do P90X for 90 days. The only bad thing is you need a chin up bar and barbells, neither of which we have yet. He borrowed it from a guy at work who said it just wasn't his thing. If we get started, we would be done by Christmas. It is extremely hard though, and I'm not sure my back or knees are up to the challenge.

    I was set to go to the gym this morning and then my 7 year old paid us a visit at 11pm last night and began throwing up:) Needless to say, all I wanted this morning was coffee. Although a workout probably would have helped me wake up.

    I have also been thinking about getting out my Weight Watcher points notebook. It's kind of old so its pretty outdated though.
