I have been working out with DVDs at home. I even did both Sat and Sun to make up for last TW. But I'm super busy writing, proofing, calling people, and answering emails for VBS so I haven't blogged. The boys swim lessons end this week so maybe that will give me a little more time. Although we now have more school to finish than days left in May. Yikes!
Please keep telling me what you are doing. Helps motivate me in this crunch time.

Late night made getting up hard this morning, but I did squeeze in 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 all the way.
ReplyDeleteWednesday- I did the 10 minute cardio, 10 minute weights circuit this morning. My abs are screaming at me already. I also ordered Denise Austin's Shrink Your Female Fat Zones from Netflix to try.

ReplyDeleteI worked out Monday and Tuesday, but this morning was just too tired. I'm going to try Denise Austin's Shrink Your Female Fat Zones during naptime, or at least I want to if I can get Day 5 of preschool Bible Adventure written.
ReplyDeleteDid the Shrink Your Female Fat Zones dvd this morning. Gonna have to say it is not a keeper. You have to have an exercise ball, and I don't. But even the other parts were pretty boring. She talks non-stop, never taking a breath. This one is going back to Netflix today:(
ReplyDeleteDid a 2 mile walk on Monday while we were camping. It was a wonderful walk. Too bad it's alreay almost Friday. Can't say much else for the rest of the week.
